Tami Luchow's College & University Programs about "Community, Character and Caring at College: Respecting & Embracing Differences" are designed to engage people of all ages by actively thinking about and understanding what it means and feels like to be different. Freshman Orientation and Commencement Addresses are powerful and affirming opportunities for Tami's UNIQUE approach.

Tami is an inspirational speaker and writer. Her program challenges people to live the words DARE TO BE YOU™ and DARE TO DREAM™ and DARE TO BE DIFFERENT™.

The program is a terrific addition to first year or freshman orientation programs and to continuing morale boosts as the semester progresses. Tami's program also serves as a great "Motivational Boost" for a powerful and unforgettable Commencement Address. The program is very powerful for those working with college students, as there is a real need to help foster and facilitate a positive sense of self and a greater ability to empathize with others. When a college and university thinks about "diversity, character and caring" then the whole campus benefits.

Tami's program is interactive. It can be done in a variety of ways including one large presentation followed by in-depth sessions. The series may also include a specific talk with administrators to address issues that may arise as a result of the program, as well as new areas to explore in groups regarding the subject matter. The program can then be further tailored to suit a specific College or University's needs.

Topics range from morale boosting to self-esteem, from tolerance to acceptance, from physical disabilities to learning disabilities, from ethnicities to cultures, from family make-up to economics, from race to religion, from name calling to bullying, from sexual preference to severe allergies and illnesses. The program challenges people of all ages to embrace the fact that each and every person has something of value to add to the community.
